Cornet’s C17200 6U VPX i7 6th Gen Intel® Core™ SBC is a high performance board, built on Intel’s 14nm manufacturing technology. The processor has quad cores with Hyper Threading processing capabilities. The 6th Generation family offers dramatically higher CPU with improved graphics performance, a broad range of power and features scalability and new advanced features that boost edge-to-cloud Internet of Things (IoT) designs.
The board supports up to 32 GB of dual-channel high speed DDR4 memory, configurable x16 Gen 3 PCIe on data plane and configurable x16 Gen3 PCIe on expansion plane, and on-board SATA SSD up to 128GB. The board also hosts numerous I/O ports, including, XMC, PMC, USB, SATA, graphics, and RS-232/422/485 through the backplane connectors.
This design supports 45W CPU. This Intel-i7 processor pairs with an Intel C230 Series Chipset Family Platform Controller Hub (PCH). It is ideal for handling complex applications, high speed data processing, logging and storage.
